Councilor Chris Krupa will present awards to the winners of the AES Senior Book Prize by video. This year, the Senior Book Prize award committee will present the prize to Deborah Thomas for Political Life in the Wake of the Plantation: Sovereignty, Witnessing, Repair, and to J. We will also congratulate winners of the AES Graduate Student Research Prize, which we awarded in two separate rounds: Round 1 and Round 2.
Finally, we will discuss alternate events in lieu of the canceled AES Spring Meeting, and more.
